Production Process for Door Stile
Spruce (Timber)
Spruce wood should be preferred in stile production. The harvested spruce logs should be dried to 10% moisture before moving on to the second stage.
Cut and Joint
The dried Spruce timber is cut to the required dimensions and then joint with using of our state-of-the-art machines.
Packaging
The jointed spruces are bundled in sets of 9 or 12, wrapped in stretch film on a pallet, and made ready for sale.
